Charlotte Chartier Cote is the President of CLC Dental Consulting. She began her career working in a dental practice and realized her path was set. In 2005 she managed her first dental practice, transforming it from a $35,000 a month earner to a thriving business that consistently saw $100,000 a month in revenue. At the time the office had one Doctor, two hygienists and a four day work week. Implants , extractions and root canals were referred out. Fast forward to todays dentistry , Charlotte continues to be involved with private practices, multi specialty and some with multi locations. She provides offices with the basic systems they need to allow strategic growth.
Working one-on-one with both the doctor and team, Charlotte creates positive change in dental practices with a unique approach. By combining best practices in three key areas (business, cultural, and clinical), she provides successful outcomes for dental practices from Pennsylvania to Boston. Charlotte has presented full day workshops at The Greater Long Island Dental Meeting and the Greater New York Dental meeting, both sponsored by the American Association of Dental Office Managers. She has also been a guest speaker for Kodak Dental Systems and is a member of the National Speakers Association and The Academy of Dental Management Consultants. Charlotte is also a certified Bent Erikson & Associates consultant (BOP).
As a life long resident of Massachusetts , Charlotte understands the dental industry in New England very well. She offers connections within the industry that helps offices thrive. She has facilitated many transitions , all in private practice. She works diligently to match up a buyer and seller with the same philosophy and takes pride in helping the seller to protect their legacy. Most often allowing the original owners a strategic exit strategy that preserves their Legacy .
In addition to managing her dental practice consulting firm, Charlotte founded and serves as President of the Allana Smiles Foundation, a foundation dedicated to helping cancer patients receive the dental treatment they need prior to chemotherapy.
