At CLC Dental Consulting, my philosophy is to work within the four walls of a dental office to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a practice. Once you identify the strengths and weaknesses, you can begin to implement positive and powerful systems that transform the everyday office to the most powerful and successful office. The type of office employees enjoy working in and patients refer others to. The type of office that the owner is proud to call their own.
No two offices are alike. Each office has their own unique needs. While I believe that the foundations of successful practices are relatively the same, you must help the team identify with how they want to be remembered by each patient that they see. Once the team identifies what they want to be remembered for, I work with them to practice communication and workflows that support this goal. The unique styles of each practice are what make them go from good to great and beyond!
